Well although I have been lurking and posting on here for a few weeks, I guess its time to go ahead and post an Intro since over the weekend I became the proud owner of a Mint condition 2004 C5. Only 11,000 miles. A few options. Coupe with the 2 tops.
I did a lot of research and lurking and posting here to get the right vehicle and understand the standard features and the options. I was really looking for a low mileage 2002 or 2003, and had a price range in the mid 20's.
Well I secured this 2004 on the same day it was listed. It was a steal, there were some options that the dealer didn't price into his KBB estimate. All told, the real KBB was actually $32.2k, but he had it as a little over $31k. NADA was also close to KBB, and Edmunds was actually at the price that I paid for it (just under $30k).
I've done many KBB estimates because I've looked at many cards, so I'm very sure that I am right and the dealer just priced it as a BASE model. Also, the CARFAX showed a single owner with a clean history. So I'm pretty happy with this situation.
Speedway White. I need to look into getting a front license plate cover, it is just flat with no plate.

Your new ride really looks great. You might want to post a "Wanted" add in the parts for sale section. You'll probably find a front license plate cover at a reasonable price.

You no like the white? Some do, some don't.
Helps appear cleaner than other colors, and helps hide any small light scratches. This car won't be garaged at least for a while, so I wasn't going to go for a custom or special color. I'll reserve that for the next Vette I own!
