hello all. michael here. a little history, good story. when i was a lad (30 now) my father bought my mother a 64 sting ray 327 375hp. i loved that car, used to dream about it nightly, sat in and made car sounds for hours. when 16 rolled around i got the keys to a nicely restored 68 mustang with a 200 strait six. not ungrateful , i loved the car but the 64 has always been the forbidden fruit for me. i have only drove it twice in my life and i had to sneak it out of the garage to impress two girls using ferris buelers day off and license to drive movies as inpiration.after being die hard ford, i moved to jaguar. i have no regretes with my foreign car affair as british cars can make anyone into a mechanic. after tired of high price parts and labor costs i changed my whole fleet to gm, bought my wife and i cadillacs and as of last saturday came home with a 84 corvette coupe. solid and complete i am starting a driver restoration on her but already i love driving the car as i live in ohio, bought it on ebay and drove to philly to pick her up. what a blast! i look foward to interacting with all and am glad i am part of corvette nation. thanks for the read! michael
