Our Saturday morning GTG just wasn't the same without Bill! I kept expecting to see him pull into the parking lot!

A large number of his Corvette friends went to the funeral home yesterday afternoon and we got the chance to meet his wife and two sons for the first time. They had no idea how many friends he had in the Corvette community and we're quite touched by the nice things we had to say about Bill. He was a Corvette enthusiast through and through (in the 4 short years I knew him he had at least 7 different Corvettes!) and he was a true friend to all of us. Whenever one of us needed help with something (finding a job, help buying a car, etc.) he would always extend his resources to help out! He lived life to the fullest and I'm definitely going to miss the great conversations him and I shared. At only age 56 he was way too young to be taken from us!

I didn't know this section of the forum existed until today, so I looked up 'SMOOK' and found this thread.

Bill was a great guy. Rest in Peace.
