I know how hard that can be to deal with. I had a brother killed by a drunk truck driver that his his car head on.

Rene' - I am so sorry for you and your family. I cannot begin to imagine what it is like. Please keep us advised on the prosecution of the driver. Perhaps a few thousand e-mails from CF will help the Prosecutor to understand that this is not a case which should be plead down.
