Why can't I see all posts/pages?
I have posted in a thread and then will see that someone posted after me. I not only can't see their thread, I can't even see my own. I select "last page" but it is the same page I'm already on and will not go to the next page.
EDIT: If I log out, I can see them.
I click on page 7 it goes to 7. I click on 8, it goes to 5.
.

A quick work-around is to change the amount of posts displayed per page in the UserCP. Sometimes an error temporarily occurs with the page system. Sometimes moderation events, due to ToU issues resulting in post deletions, can also change the page system and cause a temporary error.

Link to the thread that surrounds your complaint? We need to start with that.

Did you clear your browser's cache? Did you make sure it cleared the cache as some browser's don't clear favorite/bookmarked sites without disabling the preserve option?
I looked at your account and then tested with a test account based on your settings. I could not replicate the issue on the test account, based on your account settings, nor my own account. This makes me believe it's possibly a cache issue or some other non-original setting/software issue with the browser.
As to your question, notice that logged out does not use your posts per page setting. It uses infinite scroll. That's a big difference.
