How can the Picture Gallery section be minimized on the index page? Every time I load CF (my default URL for my browser is the index page) the Picture Gallery loads and I see 5 thumbnail pics.

I can close it by clicking on the "-" icon which then changes to a "+" and the Picture Gallery is minimized. But if I exit my browser and return or even refresh the page, it will return.

None of the other sub-forum choices works this way. I have a number of them minimized and they stay that way. Is this something new that relates to the new Upload Manager??

I think it is a bug. The cookie is sent and stored in the browser but it's not being executed.
