I have an email address that is only used for this forum. It is very specific to cf so I know that no other site has it. Recently I've been getting a decent amount of spam heading to it. I've never displayed it publically and no other site has it. Was there a breach of security?

Looking at your email address on your account, I can see why you could easily be a target for spam. Even if you just use it here on CorvetteForum, the fact it's such a familiar word that's in the dictionary is going to be an easy target for guessing.

As well, you have your email address posted in a public post here on CorvetteForum. So it's going to get indexed by the Internet and eventually seen.
