Why doesn't it show notification for threads I have posted in the next time I look at them?

Although this feature comes with the vB software, it is turned off. You would see the following icon, in the forum display for each, for each thread you subscribe to:


It is most likely disabled due to performance issues, through queries, that the feature requires.

As you may know, to view subscribed threads, you can go to the UserCP section: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/usercp.php

Be sure to click on the "View all Subscribed Threads" link. If there hasn't been an updates in a subscribed thread since your last visit, you won't see the thread listed unless you click on the "View all Subscribed Threads" link.
