cant post pics - not allowed?

Trying to post for vette in the classifieds. My status says I can post pics nor do I have the manage attachements option. Can someone tell me why not allowed to post pics?

As a regular member - you cannot post attachments, but you can post pics if you host them on a web site like Photobucket.

Yes, you must be a paying supporting member to embed pics in your post.
