Still getting error messages when posting

After 3 good days on the forum, I'm beginning to get error messages when posting. The most common one now is: "Connection Interrupted."

I can use the "Try Again" button and the post does get sent to the thread. But it's happening just about every post I make.

I started getting time outs and much longer delays again. Started about 2 20PM my time! It appers to come and go!
