Default Resizing Avatar???

Let me start by saying that I'm not real good with photo editing.
I know the size limit is 150X150. Mine is currently 150X59; how can I adjust the size?
Thanks in advance!

You want to make it larger? In order to do that proportionately with your avatar, as you raise the 59 height, the 150 width would increase also.

You need to start with your original, use MSPaint or some other paint program, and crop the pic more to a square than a rectangle.

If you can host the original pic somewhere that I can see it, I can give you some examples...
