You must surround the string with the IMG tag, like the following:

I have a PDF picture on my computer. How do I post it? I actually did it once years ago without using a web hosting service. I had some pictures stored on my computer and was able to post them. Now I can't remember how I did it.

I went into Manage Attachments - Browse - and then uploaded the picture which now shows as a current attachment but I do not see how to link to it from my post.

What do you mean? Pictures are being posted and displayed fine in this thread. In addition, your last post (http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c4-t...post1571412581) your picture displays fine for me.

If you don't see pictures:

1) Go to UserCP
2) Click on Edit Options
3) Make sure "Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code)" is checked - under the Visible Post Elements section
