[Naperville area] Need a HUGE favor!!
The VetteWrench dropped my parts off at his brother-in-laws shop vice calling me to pick them up. His brother-in-law e-mailed me last night and said my parts would be outside this weekend if I didn't come to pick them up.
I have duty this weekend and will be at Great Lakes Naval Base the whole weekend. Does anyone have some spare time and a pick-up truck that could possible pick up my parts are hold them for me???
I would be able to get them from you the following weekend at the latest. I'm working on getting a day off next week, but my Chief can't promise me anything right now.
If someone has the time and space, I would be in your debt. I'd hate to lose my stock wheels/tires, tires for my Jeep, and everything else I have.

I have an all day work related show on Friday. Don't have a pickup truck or acces to one but Saturday probably early afternoon, if you need a place to store I can make room in with my son's car.

If you need till next weekend then that is fine. Lets not make me look like the bad guy agian! I first emailed you on Feb 4th and told you the stuff was all set to pickup. You had emailed me back and said that you would call and setup a date when you could pick the stuff up. After almost a week and a half with no call he decided to email you. James said in his email that if you don't call him that he would put the stuff outside. That was the only way he knew to get you to call him. Like I said its not a big deal if you need till next weekend then just let him know and thats cool! I am not going to just throw your stuff out!

Brian, feel free to explain why you never returned my e-mails and phone calls, over a 2 month period, when I had the free time to pick up my parts.
I'm not making you out to be the bad guy, you have been doing that all by yourself. By the way, you may want to talk to your brother-in-law, I can't reach him by phone either, I just keep getting his voice mail.
As for everyone else, I greatly appreciate everything and offers. Arnie lives close by and will be heading over there this morning for me, hopefully the shop is open. Thanks for all the offers!! :cheers:
