1/2 mile events?
Any word on 1/2 mile events that aren't 4+ hours away? Omega hasn't been at Rantoul in 2 years and I haven't seen any others in the area.

Shift Sector Indy in August only one I know of. Used to go to Wanna Go Fast Bult Field and Speedfest BattleCreek, however both have fallen off the radar :/

I am dying to blast my C7 ZR1 down a 1/2 mile strip, heck my Tesla S Plaid would probably be even more or a WILD experience (just saying).

I just viewed a you tube video of a 2019 ZR1 on a 3.5 mile air strip, top speed 208. That's what I would like to do, a top speed run.

The video you saw is at the Kennedy Space Center in FL. I believe to run your car is about $3k. It includes all their equipment mounted in your car to video and read speed. Also professional pics of your car by the space shuttle and run way. I don’t think you need to have a cage like a standard 1 mile event.
