You're absolutely correct, Jimmy. We have nothing to complain about.

Realized that today is two months since I’ve touched mine. It just sits there, all covered up.
Got my snows finally put on the daily driver. Feeling like we are due for a Big One.

Looks like we will finally get a little snow storm at the end of January during this mild winter in the Chicago area, first one of the year we can't complain.

Let the countdown continue, just 65 days now until April 1st (yes I am counting them down).

It'll be melted before we know it.

You and the Corvette should celebrate Spring with us (www.MVPTrackTime.com) at NCM Motorsports Park April 10th-11th.

All the Florida guys probably laugh at us for these countdowns lol but there is something to be said about 4 or 5 months of wanting what you can't have. Makes the other 7 or 8 months that much better!

This weather is ****. Hopefully back to 20s and 30s in a week or so. But then I suppose that means more snow. Yes I'm whining.

It's okay yo whine about the weather. That's what we do in the north. Look at the bright side. In another 5 months we'll be complaining about how hot and humid it is.

Pretty much. But man this cold is just brutal. Sometimes I want to ask my dad why the hell he moved here. But he got a good job up here and supported a family of 8. He's gone now and my mom still has his health benefits. Gotta look at the positives. Hey Jimmy how many days now?

I hear you. I often think the same thing about my dad. We moved to Illinois in 1959 from Indiana. I know my mom and dad looked at places in Florida before we moved to Illinois. My dad worked for a company that built high altitude test chambers for the space program way back then, so I'm guessing a good job took precedence over warm weather. Funny, I never thought about cold winters when I was young. I guess I was just too busy being a kid. Fast forward 61 years and I'm still here. I really have no desire to move somewhere warm. I like to complain about the weather, but I'm too old and too set in my ways.
