Who's planning on going to FunFest in Effingham, IL?
There are quite a few of us from the club going. I'm curious how many here on the forum are planning on going.

I will be there. Already preregistered.
I am looking forward to seeing how it compares to Carlisle. I just moved to Southern Illinois from Central PA ( I lived 20 miles from Carlisle). From what I have heard, its not as big an event but it should still be fun.

We are also leaving saturday morning from Sheboygan. 8AM looking to hook up with others along the way. Hope to run into a few forum members there. :cheers:

I'm heading over Friday afternoon, I like to get there on friday when they are setting up. There is usually a lot of early arrivals(vettes) to look at and shoot the Bull with. I'm coming in from the Dayton,Ohio area. :seeya

we'll be there :D our SWC will represent the '63 model year in the Funfest 50, Mid America's evolution display planned for saturday and sunday...not used to going for 2 days though, better take an extra 12 pack :cheers:

Heading out early Saturday morning with the '94 Copper Coupe. Had a room booked from last year for Saturday night. Should be a great time. Hope to see a lot of Forum members. :cool: :cool:

My wife and I will be leaving from North Central Alabama on Friday the 20th. This will be our 1st FunFest. Have heard this is a must do event! :cheers:

I am driving down the morning of the 21st and staying in Matoon that evening. :cheers:
By the way, preregistration closes on September 6th.
After the 6th it costs $10 to get in.

Our club is leaving at Noon on Friday staying at the Comfort Suites. We're going to hook up with Frank C. on Fri Night or Sat. We party in the parking lot at the hotel. Stop by. Hope to see you, finally. We missed you at the Gold but met Frank and Les for a few. We'll look for your car. My wife's white coupe has lic NICE RYD and my triple black has Lic NYCE RYD. It will be fun. One of our members is one of the 50 year display 96 CE. Again hope to see you there.
