1-Day Funfest Ticket
I have never been to the Mid America Funfest. I plan to attend on Saturday only. Do they sell a 1-day ticket at the gate? Do I need to buy the $25 ( advance price) multi-day ticket?
Thanks

The $25.00 pass includes a Funfest T-shirt,a poster, and other items. I think it includes the show Sat. nite?

I think that I have the answer.
After I eventually got through on the phone (email never responded to), I was told that there was no gate admission, but you had to pay $2.50 to park in the general parking lot. Of course you do not get the T-shirt and would need to pay for the concert. In my case I have lots of Vette T-shirts and cannot stay for the concert so why pay $25. Also she said something about not getting a 10% show discount.

From my experience last year, this is correct. However, driving a Vet, I parked with all of them.
You see, you must park first, and then go buy your admission if you want to.

The $25 is a flat one time admission cost for every day of funfest. That includes a T-shirt, pin, yearbook, and 10% off plus admission to the concert which is 38Special this year. That's for vettes... not sure about steel cars.

Funfest Admission Fee.....
Rubyred: My suggestion after 7 consecutive Funfests for myself and my two vettes.......
Park in general vette parking with the other cars (assuming that you're bringing your vette), pay your $25, get your swag bag and enjoy the show all day Saturday. It's 10% off anything you buy or order and Mike has a huge retail store filled to the brim with all things Corvette. If you're like me, whether it's in fun, or in hard parts, you'll get your $25 worth back before lunchtime.

Oh, ok......Mr. VIP, LT4Man checks in with the huddled masses. Don't worry about dressing cool if it's hot on Saturday Greg. The VIP tent is completely airconditioned.

I have been to Corvette Fun fest every year and for $25.00 you get more for your $$$$ here then paying $15 or $20 or $25 at other car shows that you may attend during the year. It was free years ago but when the Corvette count got up to about 10,000 it got expensive and Mike had to charge a little something. Some people bitched and cried about it but I can see Mikes point and it is worth the $25.00 so GO FOR IT and stop by the F/S Coral and see me I will be next to the 66 Mosport Green Coupe that I am selling. see you all there.
