I'm having a headlight issue as well. Driver side comes up won't turn on. Good ground and fuses. What did you find?

There is a known issue… And according to a very reliable source, GM is aware of the problem(intermitten failure of the low beams, linked to a wire shortage in the fuse box when it warms up/ swells causing a temporary short, and once cooled the lights working again.) There was supposedly a recall issued in May. The only problem is local dealers may only have the old stock vs the new and improved stock… So getting a "old stock" fuse box will be a temporary fix until the new boxes become available in late September… In another forum thread on the subject some forum members have gotten letters stating something like, "We are aware of the problem and are working to correct it… You will get a second letter from GM once the part is in stock and available to repair your vehicle…"
