This year on Sunday June 30 I aksed my Corvette friends to meet me at GM World Headquarters, the Ren Cen, for a Corvette Birthday Bash Celebration. Over 300 Corvettes showed up. WOW. Thanks to everyone that attended. The trip over to Belle Isle really worked well also.

I would like to make this an annual event. I think it would be great to make this a Corvette Show. I will need some help. I would need help with registrations. I would need people to help judge and tabulate. I would need volunteers to manage parking. People to help hand out goodie bags. I am sure there will be other areas I need help.

I have room for 500 Corvettes at this location. There is also room for vendors. Anyone one interested. Any companies want to get involved. Looking for things for raffle prizes and items for goodie bags. The date will be Sunday June 30, 2014.

Again I will invite all clubs to participate at the CLUB tables to tell everyone about their events and club.

There will be trophies for STOCK, MODIFIED AND CUSTOM. PEOPLES CHOICE AWARDS for each generation.

I plan to get an early start so I can eliminate the glitches I had this year.

What do you think. Should I follow through? This could be like my Corvettes on Woodward with trophies.

Thanks for the compliment. I will start sending out details the beginning of October. Registration will begin in January.
