Here is info sent to local media for Sunday. Map is attached; please send map to other participants.
What: Corvette 60th anniversary cruise
When: 8-9:30 a.m. Sunday, June 30
Where: Flint Assembly, 3100 Van Slyke (north parking lot; see attachment)
Why: Approximately 50 Corvette owners will meet on the site where the first 300 Corvettes were produced in 1953 and then cruise to GM Headquarters in Detroit for a celebration
Information: Media are encouraged to attend the gathering of the Vettes and talk to the owners about their cars on site and anniversary date of the first Corvette production
They will have more than 50 Corvettes. I jsut got a few calls from people wnating to join them.

Another group is forming at M59 and I 94 at the Walmart Parking lot.. They are meeting at 8:30 AM. and leaving around 9 AM

Good news.... They started the road repair to my sub....
Bad news.... They stripped all the pavement off the road surface yesterday JUST BEFORE IT RAINED and it washed away all the base groundwork and left a 7" transition from the road to the dirt. I'm stranded!

There are some pictures taken from the roof of the parking lot. I think that was when we had almost 300 Corvettes. I am asking people to email and videos to me. It is best sent as an attachment. vjnlcsvette@aol.com Thanks again everyone
