Are you able to purchase tickets at the door or is it only open to people who pre register only?

The weather is not looking too promising for tomorrow. Looks like the rain is supposed to be in our area around 5pm - 6pm tomorrow evening with the best chance around 9pm. If the weather looks like it is going to hold out, I plan to attend the Maxton show. But if it is raining, I think I will head over (in the daily driver) to London to hear Peter Brock speak. Win Win either way!

Interesting thought... we've never hoped for rain before but we sure hope to see everyone at the "dry" auditorium at the London High School, 336 Elm St, London, OH, 43140 for Peter Brock's presentation (-: Informal chatting, autograph signings, story telling, etc from 5pm -6:30pm. Presentation on the Origins of the '59 Stingray racer and the '63 production Sting Rays starts at 6:30. Thanks for the weather report!

7/26/14 blast from the past cruise in car show
Maybe we meet at cars and coffee and head north for the show. This is a fun show.
The Vintage Auto Club of Delaware, Inc. will hold the 21st annual "Blast From the Past" car show and cruise-in Saturday, July 26, from 9 am-8 pm.

The show will take place on Sandusky Street from Central Avenue to Harrison Street. Other street closings will be West Winter Street to the alley next to Bun's Restaurant, East Winter Street to the City Parking lot exit, and Spring Street to NAPA.

This event is co-sponsored by the City of Delaware and has drawn thousands of people to the downtown from all over Ohio. The event benefits Ohio Health Hospice Delaware. Over the past 20 years, the club has donated more than $208,000.00 to Hospice of Delaware.

For entry information, phone Jim Harter, 740-816-1178 or Jim Clements, 740-815-8328.

In our Regional Event Coordinator’s absence I volunteered to organize/lead the third annual Corvette Forum Caravan to Vetts, Rods, & Classics this year on 8/2. As easy as that sounds it looks a little more complicated as the show (registration) starts at 2pm and our typical C&C gathering ends by noon. We have options, I guess:
1: Leave C&C around noon and head to Creekside (new location for the show) and kill some time having lunch at one of the restaurants until its time to register and park.
2. Go our own ways from C&C and meet at a designated spot (depending on who signs up for the caravan) and head to Creekside at 2pm
3. Some combination of both; leave from C&C whenever, meet at a different place and head to Creekside around 2pm
I will wait to see who in interested and which option is most popular. PM me or post here:

Thanks Paul.

Sounds like a plan. The car is still clean (no matter what Hogan says; that guy is a harsh judge). Probably won't stay long but the money is for a good cause; you can bring my trophy to me later.

See you at C&C.

After watching the weather for the past several days we have decided to move the Vettes, Rods & Classics at Creekside in Gahanna car show to our rain date which is the next day, Sunday, August 3rd. The times will remain the same. Thanks for your support and understanding.

City of Gahanna will close Mill St, Town St along with walnut St at 1p. We will then be parking on the street along with some of the private parking lots. Hope to see you at the show
