Big Fish BBQ during Bloomington Gold
I hope you might like to join Darlene and me for our 8th annual Cookout. This event is not officially connected with Bloomington Gold in any way. I must limit the attendance to 60 people, or I'm afraid I will have mutiny from the salad chef.
WHAT'S FOR DINNER:
Ribeye Steaks, cooked the way you like them. Darlene's German Potato Salad and Baked Beans, and other summer favorites. I'll have bottled water, soda, and several flavors of beer. There will also be some appetizers and deserts.
WHEN:
Saturday, June 25th, RAIN OR SHINE! The party begins at 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate those that are on the Gold Tour, dinner will be served about 7:30 pm. BRING YOUR LAWN CHAIRS. I have some, but certainly not enough. Wear your CF name badge if you have one so we can all get to know each other.
WHERE:
I live at 809 N. 5th Avenue (Illinois Route 25) 8 blocks North of Illinois Route 64, in St. Charles. Overflow parking will be in my neighbor's yard, very safe and secure, and located directly across the street at 820 N. 5th Avenue. Please see the map attachment below.
COST:
$15.00 per person, payable when you arrive. There will be a donation can for beer if you are beyond a moderate drinker. PLEASE RESPOND NO LATER THEN FRIDAY, JUNE 17th. If your plans change, please post so I can take you off the list.
Darlene and I have always enjoyed seeing our Forum friends, and we're looking forward to meeting some new ones this year!

Can a Chicago Crew noob and his son Scott attend? We would enjoy meeting more folks after attending our first lunch a few weeks ago and doing the WMC cruise this past Sat.
We plan on doing the Gold Tour, and would love to attend. However if the old timers from the Crew have dibs, I understand.
