Yeah, the Midwest F-Body Assoication has a HUGE track day coming up in early April at Road America and that is DEFINTELY worth looking into as that track is about as cool as it gets 
! They also offer this in October (the same group). 
Other than that, keep your eyes peeled in this section as HPDE events and other clubs will post outings throughout the upcoming car season to be held at the Autobahn Race Track in Joliet, IL, which is also a fantastic newer facility.
You could probably due a google web type search for the Autobahn to see if they list these events on any type of track schedule then may have online which is very common.
Keep your eyes peeled, there will be many opporutunities for you to road race your vette primarily at the Autobahn, in Joliet, IL, an excellent track/facility.

We do track days at GingerMan and Grattan (in southwest Michigan) several times a year. It would be worth your time to drive around the lake and come join us for a day at the track.

Mark Pfeffer at MVP puts on really good events, although I think when I did his events a few years ago we got rained out on every single on of them...

If you're looking for events during the week then definatly check out GT Track Days June 13-14. It's a Monday - Tuesday event, lots of track time very good instructors and Corvette friendly.
