Default Looking for good trans shop in SW Chgo area

I drag race my 2000 coupe quite a bit and finished the season with a solenoid error code. Who can be trusted in the SW burbs of Chicago?

What code? might be as simple as replacing a solenoid?

Rick

I am going to replace both solenoids. I just wouldn't be surprised to find a pile of shavings in the pan. Planning ahead!

Gotcha, I'm actually rebuilding my 4L60E right now..

If you race or beat on these trans's not matter who builds it or what performance parts you install in them, your going to have to rebuild it at some time or another.

Chuck Johnson of FLT (transmissions) can't be beat, great guy, great tranny.

That's if you need a new tranny hopefully its just the solenoid as Rick (vettetech) has suggested!
