I will guess these are older year stickers for claccic cars who want year of manufacture?

these are older stickers for classic cars just like license plates. you can put the year of license plate on your car as long as you have your antique plate in car. So if you have say a 1971 corvette and you are from chicago i would have a 1971 chicago sticker that you can put in your window to complament your license plates.
