99FRC Newb went from M12 to MM6

Well, 99FRC Newb sent me his tired M12 with some issues and had no 3-4 gears. When I opened it up, the 3-4 shift fork was broken. It had some other issues also so we decided to change the internals to MM6 set up. Here was how it was done. This is how dirty the transmissions was. The shift fork pads were in trouble. The fork fingers were broken off! The upgraded bronze fork pads and billet keys. Billet keys installed. Assembling main and counter shaft for setting end play. Main case on to check for end play. Everything assembled including steel 3-4 shift fork and ready for the main case for the last time. Main case on, shifter rail on, cover on. Ready to accept 5-6 and reverse. 5-6 drive and driven gears in. Reverse gear and synchro on. Tail shaft housing on and ready to be rowed through!
