.eps is an extension for saving it in Photoshop format. Don't know why your file needs to be saved that way (ususally graphic designers prefer jpg format). But if you email it to me, I can convert it to an eps file. I have Photoshop 9. Let me know if this helps you in getting your project moving again?

jpeg is a raster file format which features lossy compression, so while it is good for images posted on the web, it is generally not recommended for images being printed at high resolution.
For raster images being printed at high resolution, I usually prefer using an uncompressed TIFF file.

I've worked in the graphic arts industry since the early 90's, so I've worked with many different file formats that have come and gone over the years.

Actually .eps (Encapsulated PostScript) is a vector (lines) file format generally created by Adobe Illustrator. The benefit of an .eps is that it can be scaled up in size without losing quality or creating jagged edges.

Yeah....whatever perfectlyfrank said times two!
Wow, I worked in graphic design for five years....and I see eps files everyday, but the meaning behind it all is a mystery to me!
I'll send you my email address, Deb.

Once you get the logo in eps file you can send it to my email and Glenn will get it over to our design printer. He can then make sure he can open it and print them out for the price quoted to us earlier. Be nice if we could bring a sample to the lunch or even have them done....don't know if that is possible at this point but we sure could try
