I wish I could! Traveling really eats into the schedule and budget. I live only 15 mins from Road America so I have been focusing on going there. This year I plan for the MFBA spring event, hopefully get in the NCM Aug. event, then again in Aug. with NASA. I normally go to the fall MFBA event but they got bumped from having it so I'll be looking for a fall event before winter. Early Nov. is nice to get a last run in before the long winter.
I likedthe extra session on Sunday with the run groups mixed at the end of the day.
Tim updated the list last night with all the registration forms that I have recieved in the mail. I have been in the process of moving and didn't have internet access at home to get him the list out of access to put up till 2 weeks ago and then was in Vegas all last week.
If the track shuts things down and is able to provide the MFBA with a partial or full refund, only then would we be able to refund participants in the same manner.
Ultimately, the track safety staff at Road America (from whom we rent) decides if the weather forces the event to be cancelled. However, rain or a damp track has not yet caused the cancellation of the event in the past.

The forecast may call for rain and snow, but with highs around 45 and lows at 32 predicted, there would be little to no chance of snow accumulation.
As we all know from experience, the accuracy of weather predictions more than a day in advance can vary greatly, and the weather can vary greatly in just a few hours, too. We've had 3 inches of snow on the track 12 hours before an event, and ran the event in the sun on a dry track.
We'll all have a better idea of what to expect by Thursday and Friday.
Hey guys, anyone interesting buying my spot from me? The cost was about $220 or so I believe, but I will sell it for $165 to anyone who wants to take my spot. It doesn't look like I'm going to be able to make it now.
