we are moving the CARAVAN time up just 15 minutes and meet starting between 8:45 a.m. and 9:25 a.m. and leave PROMPTLY at 9:30 a.m.? What do you and everyone else think about leaving at 9:30 a.m. SHARP?

IMO, I think we should leave earlier. Last year it was fairly crowded to get in at 10:30 AM and the forum parking was filling up.
