Cincinnati Autocross 9-17-06 Come and enjoy

The Cincinnati Corvette Club is hosting an autocross this Sunday, 9-17-06 at the Lakota East High School.

Set-up begins about 9:30 and heats will begin around noon.
Lakota has just greatly expanded the size of the lot and all is freshly paved, making for a GREAT course.

Bill,

I don't know if I can make it, but it sure is tempting. A chance to see how my new car handles. Any more details?

- Cost?
- How many runs?
- Helmets?

cost is about $15.00
I would think 4 runs minimum with a couple practice.
Depending on # of cars, more runs possible.
Typical Helmets, M2000, SA2000 I have an extra new one if you need a loaner.

This is a great lot for autocross, hope to see you there

I am definately leaning towards coming to your event; even though watching a Browns victory would be the best Sunday afternoon.

With that said...

1. I would need to borrow your helmet.
2. Can I bring a poor friend of mine with his Porsche? He really loves getting the sheet kicked out of his car.

It did make a difference. The last 180 was a bit more difficult to keep the rear end where it belonged.
As long as I was getting better, that is the main thing.
