The cruise night in Morris Illinois packed in over 700 cars tonight, no matter what you liked, it was there. This is a fantastic get-together and there is another one coming up next month. I was planning on showing pics when my batteries decided to die in the camera. None were available anywhere, sorry. If you can possibly make the one next month, do so, I'm not sure of the date right now but maybe somebody else can fill that blank.

Lots of awesome cars there tonight and a very well organized event. I'll be there for there next cruise,which is September 9th.
I thought there would have been a few of the Chicago Crew meeting up at Advance Auto Parts to cruise out and enjoy the show. I was there with maps and directions and nobody showed up.
For anyone going to the next cruise in Morris, you better get there by 4 pm the latest, I got to the last one ( 8-12-06) at 4:30 and there were already 327 cars there. I think they parked me 3 miles away. So you guys coming from up north leave early, so we can all park together. Anyway we had alot of fun. Anyone interested in a cruise nite NEXT Sat. (8-19-08) in Pontiac from 5 to 9, post it and we can meet somewhere. See you guys next week or next month. Jim

JDs00PewterCoupe, I don't know how Morris does it either but they had over 500 cars last month too! Keep in mind the one coming up next month, (Sept. 9) I'm going to see just how many cars they can stuff into that little town. Also keep in mind their car show & swap meet in October, the show always draws over 500 cars and the swap is huge although not much for Vettes.
Yeah I was there it was Great show! I got there a little late and had to park at the end of the road. next time I will plan better and leave early I have some Pictures I will post them as soon as I can upload them
