Default Bowling Green a MUST SEE!

Just returned from Bowling Green, Ky. Visited 2 caves, The Corvette Museum and the Corvette Plant Tour. The Museum is very nice and the Plant Tour is incredible! HIGHLY recommended to everyone. The process used to make these fantastic cars is unbelievable. We were able to see all 3 models being assembled in front of us. The way they put the drive train on the car is sweet. Even the wheels are staged so they catch up with the right car just in time for installation. I spotted a black Z06 tagged for Export. It had the side markers and 2 tone brake lights. Watched a vert on the 4 wheel dyno machine. Then it went to the water booth for leak testing. Very Very Cool tour! Go take it if you can! Order tickets online for $5.00 each. . .

I plan on heading out there at the end of this month. I hit a deer with my WRX out in Indiana and it's getting fixed out there, so I figured I'd make a fun weekend out of the trip. My car is an Angola so it's only about 6 hours from Bowling Green. I'm pretty excited about the whole deal...especially since I decided to make my next car a C5 Z06 rather than an '05 STi.

Awesome! Theresa and I are hoping to go again this year for my B-day again... We also bought one of the small bricks for the walk there it has RickAnthonyMotorsports.NET on it.. I am excited to see it in person..

We've always talked about doing a cave tour but have yet to do it..
Glad you had a good time!

Perfect timing. Make sure you go down during the Cruise In. It's the best corvette event at BG hands down

I'm going this next week. Leaving on the 11th w/30+ people and 19 vettes. Going to have a great week-end. Touring the Plant, Museum, Road touring , and plenty of eating/drinking.

Mammoth Caves is less than an hour north of the factory and is AWESOME, worth the several hours of time
