I'm not in Kankakee area...rather I live in Decatur, IL (about 2 hours SW of you). I'm picking up my first Vette soon. I'm hoping to see/meet some other more central IL people.

Cool, good luck with the purchase.. I'm actually almost 3 hours from you I live in downers grove....

But spend alot of time in Momence (thats where Theresa lives), which is 15 miles east of Kankakee, Since I'm down there I would like to know if there are any other corvette forum members that live in the area..
