Guys, what would be the best way to get to Lamb's place from the tunnel? Head down to woodward and go straight up or go down I75 and cut over?

Stay on 75 till 696, nothing really going on till you get there.

Go ahead and take 696 to Woodward, and enjoy all the rodders along the way! :D

OK, better directions (for ease of getting here - not necessarily the quickest way):

FROM SOUTH/EAST/WEST-
From the I-75 and 696 interchange, take 75 North to the 12 Mile Rd exit.
Exit at 12 Mile and turn left (West) at the end of the ramp.
Follow 12 Mile West about 3 miles to Rochester Rd.
Turn right on Rochester Rd and go 1/2 Mile North to first light (Girard).
Turn left at light and immediately turn right onto service drive.
Look for 2713 Rochester with the big red trailer in the driveway.

FROM THE NORTH-
75 South to Rochester Rd exit - stay to the right on the offramp!
Follow Rochester Rd South (stay to the right again).
1st light past 13 Mile (Girard) turn right and turn right again onto the service drive (almost a U-turn).
Look for 2713 Rochester with the big red trailer in the driveway.

Heyt Lamb. Why not come up Crooks from 696? Is there any construction around there?

I think I'll take 696 to Crooks/Woodward and head up Woodward for a couple miles and then across. :D

Dave,

Of course you can do that, but Crooks ends where Main and Rochester come to a Y, so it's almost like going in the opposite direction of my place. However, for cruising Woodward first, it's a good plan.

Awesome time Lambinator!!! Thanks for having us all over. The burgs and dogs were great.

Too bad we couldnt stay together better on Woodward. DaveP hooked us up with an awesome palce to park and watch all the awesome rides go by!
