Default Ohio, Did Gov. Taft Make "The Wave" Illegal?

I was wondering, when Taft signed the new budget this week, was there an amendment that made our glorious Corvette Wave Illegal?

I just got back from a two-day, 525 mile trip across our Highway Patrol infested state, saw about 50 'vettes on the highways, and ONLY 2 WAVED ! ! !

Wazzup !?!?!?!?!?!

He probably made it illegal. However the 9 Troopers that I passed between Athens & Parkersburg (41 miles) all waved.

not "illegal"... but he figured out a way to start
taxing the wave - and no one wants to pay it.

I hear ya... but was there anyone else on the ballot ? I mean; if I wanted higher taxes guaranteed - I could of voted for the Dem candidate. But since I didn't want higher taxes... I had to vote for the lesser of two evils... and that doesn't always work-out either.
