Default Painting the Car Update: Part III

almost done. the car is all painted. i have one run mark to repair and the outside mirrors still need to be painted (long story). it ended up costing me $200+ more then i intended since my father's air compressor went through the driver's rear quater window of my trailblazer during transport.

still needs to be wet sanded and buffed out. i promise i won't make any new posts until it's all done.

Looks great! Are you kidding, continue posting and showing us the progress. That car is going to look as sweet as it sounds when you are done.

How about some pics of the TB . . . . those compressors should come with a kick stand!

air compressor short story:

my dad and i loaded it into the car. made sure that it was secure from rolling foward or backwards. i make a turn, hear a noice and look back through my rear view mirror. didn't think much about it until another 1/4 mile down the road and i looked out my side view mirror and saw the top of the compressor sticking out.

i didn't want to make a claim since i already have to make one for the side door, and i'm waiting to hear my outcome of my ticket that i received down in virginia.

Mike: i'm planning on it. the only thing i'm waiting on are a couple of black molding pieces. i'm also debating whether or not to purchase new emblems or just touch-up the ones i have.
