Tim,

Is Roscoe Village the 5th or 12th? The web site says the 12th. Also, why is it sooooo early this year? Isn't it usually in July?

Thanks for posting the dates. Roscoe Village is a very nice deal. Never been to Buds, always had scheduling problems. Hopefully, I can make it this year.

Pretty good show when I went plus Buds has a nice Vette Collection....I really enjoyed the fun rally around the lake...

It is just so hard to get there....no real easy way....but hopefully I'll get there

The other early show I am watching for is Quaker Steak & Lube in Sharon, Pa.......missed it last year......hopefully I will be there this year....Only Vette show that is free to enter plus they give you free bucket of wings!!!!!!!

Where can I find info on Roscoe's and Bud's? Is there a thread or website that gives some more detailed info?

I have made it every year since I was aware of it's existence. But if I had to chose between Buds and McDormans.... I'd pick McDormans myself. There's just more there to see.

The good news is that Buds and McDormans are well spaced apart - time wise - and I usually am able to attend both.

BTW, I am intending to make the Lima event. I haven't been able to make it there yet, but this year looks promising. In about a week, I'll start a post about a possible caravan-cruise to it.

LOOK AT THE FIRST POST AGAIN... I added a few more events.

It would be great to keep this thread going as an Ohio calendar of events. The forum has the following mechanism"

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/cale...th=3&year=2005

but as can be seen it is never used.......

Would really be nice to keep an ongoing schedule in one location...

any other ideas???

The odd thing about Lima is that it is on a Saturday-I've been going as long as I can remember & on it's ALWAYS been the last Sunday in March, but I guess that would make it Easter this year

I agree. But the useage of the regional forum calendar is not as practical as it looks.

First, you have to "submit" your inclusion. Then it takes one of the section mods to notice it, then look it over and give it a final OK. After all of that, then they release it to appear on the regional calendar page.

And, if you emerge unscathed after jumping through all those hoops.... I found out that people simply do not access the thing; and instead would just start a post asking about an event(s).

So, that is why I don't even bother with that anymore.

Hey... youz gotz to uze what wurks

While it's not all Vette it is a very big cruise-in June 4 at
Boose Chevrolet in Brookeville, Oh starts at 4:00.
They always reserve the front area just for Vettes.
