I purchased this 2002 ZO6 in June of 2008 a week after selling my 1999 FRC Vette.I have really enjoyed the car for the past year and am impressed with its performance vs thr great fuel economy that it achieves. A great all around car that is a blast to drive every time I get into it.
The only mods on the drivetrain so far is a Halltech Venom CAI that was on the car when I purchased it. The car did have a B&B Bullit exhaust on it also at the time of purchase, but that was the first thing I changed. I found the B&Bs to be much too loud for my tastes, I swapped back to original factory Titanium exhaust and love it.
There are no suspension mods so far. My only plan in the near future is to drop it on the factory bolts. I think that will suffice for a while.
I bought a set of 2008 C6 "Gumby" wheels 18x8.5"s & 19x10"s with some Khumo Ecsta SPT tires that I use for daily driving on the street. My track wheels are the original Factory ZO6 wheels with Toyo 265-40-17" front tires & Mickey Thompsom 305-35-18" Drag Radials.
Exterior mods: include a shorty antenna, and a set of chrome "CORVETTE" letter inserts in the rear bumper cover. I also deleted the Corvette Cross Flag emblem from the trunk lid for a smoother look.

Interior mods: Mod Red seats, two-tone Mod Red/Blk C6 ZO6 shifter & boot, console lid, and parking Brake boot
I have gathered several parts for a performance up grade. I have a set of Stage 2 GTP 243 LS6 heads with Patriot "Gold" dual valve springs & Titanium retainers, a Futral Motorsports F11 camshaft,a set of FLP ceramic coated longtube headers with x-pipe and Cats and cat delete pipes. I have also purchased a Textralia OZ700 Z-grip clutch assembly. Just have been waiting to install everything.
