Default Proper black for the L88 airbox?

If I'm gonna add it I want it to at least look like it should. I already put on a coat of the old reliable Krylon semiflat based on pics I've seen but am not sure since the rest of the hood undercoat is a flat black. Anyone here own a real L88 or know the correct color? Thx for any replies!

The engine compartment/hood inner panel blackout paint was an "eggshell" black finish; Krylon #1613 Semi-Flat is pretty close, John Deere "Blitz Black" is even closer

I've never used the Krylon under that part number, but the Plasticote T3 is an excellent semi gloss black that's very close to correct for underhood finishes. It is laquer rather than enamel like the Krylon. The underhood finish should not be flat black, nor should any of the other components.
