Default 67HEAVEN kisses the ground..........

......just over a year after going up on stands.

We're going to roll it in and out of the garage this weekend to settle the suspension and then complete the torque settings.

Mac, I can't wait to roll it out of the garage so I can take some shots from the rear. 12.5 inches of rubber should look interesting from behind. :D

Patrick, why don't you get some of those 295/50s for the rear of the 'vert. :jester

'67, I got all the rubber I can handle right now. The rear tires on the Z06 are 295/35-18. As a comparison, I looked at the rear tires on a new Lamborghini in the showroom. They were Pirelli's....315/30-18's!!

Body is color-sanded but not buffed.
what grit paper u use? May I suggest using 1000, then 2000, anf finish off with 4000. The 4000 grit will leave a dull polish and ehen u use medium grit compound, will give u a mirror, then anything after that swirl removers, usind DuPont's Perfect It system

But George, Chuck S. told me that fiberglass is "factory correct". After all, it is a Corvette! ;)

George and Chuck-

I was a little concerned, too, after so much time. But I buffed it out last week and it came out perfect, if I do say so myself! :smash:
