1968 - 1976 door lock/unlock bezels

How are these bezels attached to the door panel from the factory?

I believe they're riveted. The replacements are screwed on. You know I'm getting old because I replaced my bezels a few years ago, and remember screwing the new ones on, but honesly don't remember for sure if I drilled out rivets on the old originals. Chuck

Thanks guys, The new ones I bought use screws. I also have three originals that looks like the attachment studs have some kind of metal material (rivets) inbedded into the studs. They look to be drilled out to release them from the door panels.
