Default 1963 seats

Guys,

Since its snowing here in Mass, I am going to tackle the seats in my 63 SWC. I have a couple of questions:

1) Are the leather seat covers for a 1963 and 1964 different?

2) I need to pop a couple of holes in the rear seatback for the breather vents. Could anybody tell me how far in from the side, and how far up from the bottom (or down from the top) the breathers should be positioned?

3) Should the burlap (with wires) be glued to the new foam? If so, what type of glue?

thanks for any guidance. I already bought Al Knoch's video for seat installation. It's a great help.

take care,
Jim

63 and 64 do differ. the 63 seats are tappered to a point at the top, while the 64 are squared off, thicker at the top.
Hopefully others can help you with the rest
Good luck on the resto.
