Default Matching or not, that is the question

Newby asking about what kind of impact a nonmatching car will have on future appreciation which I know is less than a matching vehicle. There are many of them for sale, they cost less and are more drivable. But how much will the nonmatching issue and lower appreciation be a factor especially with the insurance and maintanence costs to be paid. Just trying to weigh all factors before leaping into buying my first vette. Looking at the C3 cars '68-maybe '72. Thanks for any input

My advice is not to purchase with future appreciation as a consideration.

The numbers match on my two and they are every bit as driveable as an unmtached car.

Good reading here.

Good luck.
