1980 hood underside color(s)

Just curious if anyone has a pic of what the underside of a factory correct 1980 hood looks like. My car had been repainted when I bought it, and the entire bottom side of the hood was sprayed flat black. The painter had taken the time to replace the vacuum/wiring diagram, but I'd still like to know if the underside is correct now, or if it should be solid body color. I'd appreciate any pics if you have them. Thanks!

I am the original owner of a 1981 and an NCRS judge for 80-82's. I can tell you that on all 80-82's, the entire underside of the hood was painted semi-gloss black, right out to the edge. When the hood is open, body color can only be seen on the side edge (thickness) of the hood, there should be none on the underside. Many earlier years had the body color carried over to the underside of the hood, up to the outer side of the underside hood reinforcement, but not so on these cars. I have some prints of my engine compartment, but I can't post them right now. I hope this makes sence and is helpful.
