In NCRS Flight Judging, only the spare wheel is judged for date; you can't see it on the road wheels with the trim rings installed. Even if the spare wheel isn't date-correct, it's only a one-point deduction (out of 4500 for the whole car). If they're 15x8 "AZ" wheels, that's close enough for me.
