I'm in Kissimmee for the NCRS show, so I don't have any of my parts books, etc.. at hand. I can tell you that the 68-76 radios are all basically the same. The 68-71 face should have numbers with a green tint, the 72-76 numbers are white. I can't tell from the photos which face is on that radio. 68-76 radios have a separate amp, which isn't pictured. The amps used in 68 are unique to 68, where as the 69-76 amps are all the same (though stereo and mono each use a different amp). I believe the plug for the amp is the same on all radios.

Thanks for the information. Its because my 68 is missing the original radio but the seperat mono amp is still in the car. I bought the radio on the pictures which (according to the seller) came from a 1968 corvette but I have not been able to find a place to verify the numbers...
You might try contacting GM-Delco (or it's new name equivalent) in Kokomo, Indiana. They can identify the specific year by the codes on the tag. They helped me years back.
What you have looks like '68, but the 68-76 units all resemble each other.
I bought a 71 with an orig Delco radio & components in a box in unknown condition.
I sent them all to Jerry Rudbeck in South Carolina.
He did a great job of bringing the whole system back and explained exactly how it all went together. Also added an iPod input into the back of my U79 stereo that sounds great.

Ronaldo and AvRog, the 7302721 model number comes up as a 68 and was also listed as the chassis type for the 69 and 71 (that's from the Sams Photofact manuals and is supported by the little digging I did into the original Delco radio service manuals). Did you get the 7303275 number off the chrome escutcheon on the radios front? Too tired tonight to dig through all those parts manuals but it does not come up as a radio model type number. Wiring: there should be three plugs to work with. The one on the case side is -from front to back- radio power, ground and dimmer control. The connector with 3 pins -wires are usually colored blue, yellow, green- goes to the convector (the firewall mounted heatsink and big round transistor). If that's been cut you'd have to know more about radios to re-wire it. Plus, that pigtail is wired into the radio and is a devil to find aftermarket. (Supposedly I have two new ones coming in a shipment - I hope.) The third plug will usually have two green and one black wire (there were variations). The greens go to left and right speakers and the black is the common return (ground) from the second speaker connection on the left and right speakers. Hope that helps a bit... the 68-72's are a confusing mess as far as the numbers but usually consistent as far as circuitry. :-) Jerry www.electrodesign.us
Well Roger, one went for $107 + shipping this week on eBay. Now, what should you expect to pay? Somewhere between $25-$40 US plus shipping WITH the connector and wiring attached. Don't plan on finding the harness easily in the aftermarket if it's missing from the heatsink. The entire unit comes up regularly on eBay - there are plenty of them out there.
