Default Alternator Numbers Question???

Found this alternator on my 71 but looks to be from an earlier year. Not even sure if it was from a vet but never hurts to ask. Top number is 110842 42A under this is 9B17 12VNEG
If it is corvette original, would like to see it find a correct home since my car is being built for strip and occasional street. No way will 42 amps power what is on this car. Thanks in advance.

Assuming it's 1100842 (not 110842), that was a common alternator on many '69 passenger cars (full-size, Camaro, Nova, Chevelle, etc.), but was never used on a Corvette. Yours is dated February 17, 1969.

I've got a couple of open faced alts that I can't identify. Can any one help" 1100937 0k6 63amp and 1100853 8g11 37 amp. I am certain one of these came off a corvette 35 years ago, but I don't know which one. That is not to say it is correct for the car it came off of.And I don't remember the year of the car.
