68 Fan and Clutch ID Help

Hello Guys, coming over from Team Camaro. Great Corvette website!!!!

I need some help with a fan and clutch identification. Was told that this combo is for a Corvette application (BB?). There is an "H", "66", and "FRONT" stamped on the front and "W" stamped on the back of the 5 blade fan. The clutch tag says "PATENTED 1961 CANADA" and the date code is 2-1-68-SC, the dashes are dots on the base. Here are some pics. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
