Default Brake caliper date codes - decoding

Own a 72 LT-1 convertible that's largely original. Considering having my calipers rebuilt (stainless sleeved & o-rings) or replaced, the prior if they're original. Have all the numbers off the calipers, now need the "decoder ring". Would someone please share it or direct me to it (e.g. website)? Can't find it here or via a few Google searches. Thx!
