is this TI?

found this on my 68 thought it might be the TI option

By my ncrs book there should be 3 mounting holes. I found this on my inner fender is this it? maybe a replacement or whatever but would this be the TI setup?

No, see your other thread in the C3 area. It is the voltage regulator.
